Opening Prayer: Tim Thill

Old Business:
" February and March follow-up. Both months had good Donut Sunday attendance.
" The Roller-skating Party was fairly well attended. The numbers were down a bit from past years probably due to Super Bowl Sunday.
" The March 2 Lenten Buffet went smooth. Despite the weather, attendance was good. A few changes will be made for the March 16 buffet. The line set-up will be different - cold food/salads first and all hot foods last. Mark and Sue Schneider/Mark and Sara Eisbach are in charge of kitchen.
" We are in the beginning stages of establishing a SJTW Prayer Chain. Donna spoke with Tania about ideas for prayer chain. Tim will follow-up and confer with Tania about prayer leaders/callers. The names discussed for possibilities were Norma Murray and Margarat Danner. We will have a sign up sheet once things are established.

New Business:
" The April RCIA Banquet was discussed. Tim will speak with Mary Kay Pancratz to see if she will be in charge of the festivities again this year. Suellen has agreed to help.
" The Stewardship Committee Volunteer Tree was explained by Tim. It is the "Heart" tree in the entry of church.
